EMS Interpreting is a successful enterprise
specializing in providing interpreting, document
translation, and consulting needs between business and
the Hispanic community. We have been in operation for
over 12
years. Elia Sustaita, the company CEO, was born and
raised in Texas and has been bilingual and even
interpreting since childhood. She has a nursing degree
and maintains her license, having practiced for over 15
years, though now devoting her full attention to giving
superior service to our clients. Her staff includes
competent interpreters who have undergone rigorous oral
and written testing as well as ongoing quality
assurance. We also have senior MD, PhD and attorney consultants among our organization. We have a wealth of
experience in many areas including: health care
interpreting at hospitals and all types of clinics;
interpreting for legal offices and the courts, insurance
and real estate companies; assisting businesses with
multiple concerns including marketing, client
recruitment, consumer satisfaction, employee information
and safety, risk management, workers’ compensation, and
compliance with governmental regulations; student
assessment and development in the schools; furnishing
notary, tax, immigration and other document translation
assistance; aiding numerous programs for communities and
social service projects sponsored by state and local
government and agencies, law enforcement, universities,
churches, civic groups and charitable organizations.
